careful r view of the whole situation.

Having regard to

this and to the heavy streas of the preoccupations which

beset him at the present time, the Prime Minister does not

feel that any useful purpose sould be served by his

troubl in deputation to wait upon him as you have

auzzested.

this latter to the notion of all the Companies'
